This slicer has been specifically made for handling and slicing to the exact weight of fresh beef, turkey and pork neck without bones. The Weber slicing technique allows slicing at a thicknesses ranging from 7 to 50 mm as well as endless shingling at speed of 250 slices/min. CCS 701 Fresh Meat Slicer, providing flawless results even above the freezing point, can be integrated in a complete production line. In addition to a packaging machine it may include a Weber Food Robot which takes and places either completed portions or single slices into the packaging equipment in a running or turned direction.
